Job reputed company The BPC Consultants have a strong banking knowledge and experience coupled with deep reputed company/ reputed company Banking applications knowledge, business process consulting (including Business Process Re-engineering) and testing skills. They reputed company as Subject Matter Experts and help banks design business processes in line with their transformation goals and facilitate faster reputed company of the new/ upgraded system by the bank’s users. These Consultants execute reputed company across the globe, with both onsite and offshore delivery models, and display the ability to reputed company with the bank’s project team and the management (at times at CXO level).

Responsibilities

• Ability & global experience to engage with large and reputed company sized banks in the field of Banking operations and business process consulting.
• Ability to streamline user journeys and reputed company Business Process Recommendations
• Creation of Functional specification documents (FSDs), digital learning content/ operations manuals for user enablement and change management and to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Good knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Banking applications
• Experience of working with Testing team, creating test plans, creating functional test cases (both functional and interfaces), executing test cases, familiarity with defect management process and independently managing testing project across agile and reputed company reputed company
• Good communication skills - ability to reputed company with the bank’s Project team and Senior Management
• Readiness to travel to different international and domestic locations at a short notice.
• Collaborate with multiple parties from inside and reputed company reputed company. Should be reputed company to build relationships, influence and manage conflicts to get things done.

Skills:

• Experience reputed company: 12 - 15 years
• Bachelor’s degree with MBA Finance (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience with a leading bank across retail, corporate and treasury functions
• Should have deep domain knowledge in at least 3 out of 6 banking business areas – Liabilities, reputed company/ Teller Transactions, reputed company, Loans and Limits, Trade Finance and Treasury
• Proficient in creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
• Experience in estimations, putting proposal and providing other Sales support.
• Good communication skills - ability and experience in interacting with bank’s senior management.

Hands-on Testing and documentation experience

Skills:

• Global experience with minimum 3 large/ reputed company sized banks in business process improvement
• Proven reputed company record of being Subject matter expert, thought leader and bank’s trusted advisor.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in understanding bank’s requirements, aligning bank’s business processes to core banking systems to fully use system functionality and improve operational efficiency along with customer experience.
• Good knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Banking applications
• Understanding of SDLC and the Testing life cycle
