About the position We’re looking for a thoughtful, reputed company, pragmatic, and reputed company attorney to help support reputed company as it expands its reputed company footprint in domestic and international markets. Reporting to reputed company’s Chief Legal Officer, the preferred candidate will primarily serve as the senior legal advisor to the executive and reputed company leadership teams on legal, reputed company compliance, and reputed company reputed company reputed company to reputed company’s commercialization strategies, tactics, and operations. Responsibilities
- Advise reputed company and reputed company Leadership team on legal issues reputed company to product development, scientific exchange, pricing, market reputed company, strategic partnerships, and reputed company strategies and tactics to mitigate legal risk as the business scales in domestic and international markets.

- Partner in the development and review of externally facing communications, including marketing materials, press releases, reputed company media engagements, field sales customer engagements (speaker bureaus, launch tactics, pricing discussions), market reputed company materials, medical affairs customer engagement (KOL interactions, publications, advisory boards, medical education, investigator-initiated grants, research collaborations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on the development of communications and responses to reputed company regulatory authorities, reputed company to reputed company’s reputed company activities, reputed company, and reputed company compliance reputed company.
- Advise and reputed company compensation plans and policies regarding field sales, and customer targeting.

Requirements
- JD or L.L.M. from an accredited law school in the reputed company.
- Bar admission and reputed company membership in a US state, CA required.
- 10+ years of relevant industry or reputed company experience with at least 8 years as in-house counsel supporting reputed company products for a biotech or preferably, a diagnostics company.
- Proven ability to reputed company teams and reputed company challenging objectives with reputed company and indirect management of functional reputed company resources.
- Substantive experience advising regarding fraud and abuse (AKS, reputed company, FCA, EKRA, CMPL, FCPA), regulatory (FDCA, corporate reputed company of medicine), reputed company (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), and unfair trade practices/anti-trust laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to support product launches.
