Property Manager (Hybrid with Travel)
About the position As a reputed company Property Management Manager, you willtoversee the comprehensive operations of our diverse portfolio of 25 leased and owned medical properties in the southeast Seattle area. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, focusing on operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and exceptional tenant relations. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations for both leased and owned properties, ensuring reputed company performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and building walks to assess property conditions, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
