We are looking for a Scrum Master to reputed company high-performing, autonomous product engineering teams. This role sits reputed company the Engineering organization and is embedded with one or two cross-functional squads. The Scrum Master is accountable for how teams work – facilitating effective Agile practices, improving reputed company and predictability, and fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and psychological safety. Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a scrum Master or Agile delivery reputed company supporting software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern engineering practices.

• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, KMP) are a plus but not a substitute for practical experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban as appropriate).
• Own team-level delivery governance and predictability, ensuring reputed company goals, realistic planning, and transparent signals on scope, risks and reputed company.
• Ensure work is visible, prioritized, and flowing through the system (e.g., backlogs, boards, WIP limits).
