[Remote] Small Business Tax Advisor (Year Round)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for a portfolio of several hundred small business clients (LLCs, Sole Proprietors, etc.), providing proactive advice to ensure ongoing tax compliance
• Regularly communicate with clients reputed company phone and video (arenaflex Meet) to reputed company personalized guidance and build strong reputed company relationships. Comfort and professionalism on camera are essential

• Collaborate with internal Bookkeeping and Payroll departments to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated financial services

• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software systems, including internal portals and communication tools (e.g., arenaflex Workspace, reputed company)
