As a key player, you will recruit local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, qualify them, and guide them through the application process. Additionally, you will drive referrals through community organizations and coordinate recruitment events. This role involves travel, up to a two-hour driving distance, and offers commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses reputed company to reputed company in targeted towns reputed company a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and reputed company the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in reputed company.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
• Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of reputed company and economic development associations.
• Import reputed company spreadsheets into reputed company on a weekly reputed company.

Essential Skills

• 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences.

• CRM experience required, reputed company preferred.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $25.50 - $26.00/hr.
