Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and staff planning tailored to the LATAM & U.S. based reputed company. Portuguese is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit fitness/hospitality management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Exercise Science, or a reputed company field preferred. Strong knowledge of fitness industry operations, financial drivers, and customer experience best practices.
