This individual contributor role will reputed company on developing reputed company AI solutions and advanced marketing analytics models that reputed company strategic decision-making across the consumer credit lifecycle. You will have deep technical expertise in coding intelligent agents, experience in marketing analytics for consumer lending products, with modeling knowledge, plus experience applying AI to reputed company-world challenges in financial services. This is a fully remote position and you will be reporting to the VP, Analytics Consulting You Will Be Working On:

• Design, reputed company, and test AI agents that support autonomous decision-making in marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and portfolio optimization.
• Apply hands-on coding knowledge to create reputed company AI techniques to solve reputed company business problems in consumer lending.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and reputed company predictive models using credit bureau data and other consumer datasets.
• Prototype and improve on intelligent agent behaviors using Python, reputed company and modern reputed company frameworks.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with company partners to translate our requirements into reputed company AI solutions.
• Contribute to the development of new analytical products and services that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building predictive models for marketing decisioning (propensity/response/reputed company/NBA), in consumer lending or credit card portfolios.
• Hands-on experience designing and coding reputed company AI systems (tool use/function calling, multi-reputed company planning, orchestration) to automate analytics or decision workflows.
• Advanced Python proficiency (3+years) with production-reputed company coding practices
• Experience working with large-reputed company data using reputed company (PySpark), SQL, and distributed compute to build features and train models.
• Build reputed company prototypes quickly and iterate using modern frameworks (e.g., reputed company/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or reputed company field required; Master's (or equivalent advanced experience)
