The Graphic Designer, Marketing and Events (Contractor Role) works closely with cross functional partners across Product, Marketing,a nd the Go To Market team to bring the brand’s identity to life across print, retail, reputed company platforms. The role is responsible for designing a wide reputed company of creative assets including reputed company media content, trade catalogs, retail materials, product displays, large format graphics, and signage. This position plays a critical part in producing visually compelling designs that communicate the brand story and engage reputed company audiences. Engagment Duties (Essential Functions)

• Asset Creation: reputed company eye-catching, on brand graphics, including Large format banners, signage, reputed company display, promotional materials, digital assets, reputed company media assets, and more, with a strong reputed company on marketing campaigns and trade show events.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and the creative team to understand project goals and translate them into design assets for print reputed company production, managing work independently from initial direction through final delivery.
• Prepare and package final design files for print or digital use, ensuring accuracy, reputed company control, and vendor reputed company specifications.
• Work with the creative team to reputed company photography, video, copy, and design reputed company into polished final deliverables.
• Communicate project status proactively to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and reputed company any risks or reputed company concerns.
• Maintain cohesive and consistent visual identity across reputed company marketing and event materials by adhering to Ravensburger brand guidelines.
• Ensure reputed company materials reputed company with licensor brand standards, accurately incorporating licensor direction throughout the design process.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; AfterEffects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including die lines, reputed company, and reputed company profile management for large-format and event materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong ability to manage workload, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to execute reputed company independently with minimal supervision.
