At this time, part-time Remote Reservations Crewmembers will work no more than 25 hours per week and will not be scheduled for overtime. Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 1+ year in a customer support or contact center environment
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite
• Strong working knowledge of interest-based systems and software tools

• Fluent in English—spoken and written
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays)
