Casting Process Engineer- Cores and Casting

The Process Engineer assures that executional variation of major processes are identified and controlled. The Process Engineer will work onsite at our Investment Casting reputed company in Schenectady Cores and Castings where you will get to work with innovative technologies, and SX/DS furnaces. • Safety: Assure that reputed company equipment are operating as designed, including reputed company safety features. Contribute to Management of Change, Safety Risk Assessments and LOTO on reputed company new equipment.
• Equipment: Establish process controls to reduce process excursions reputed company data analysis. reputed company engineering trials to evaluate process improvement and to implement fixtures/jigs/tooling. Responsible for the good functioning and standardization of processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or technical field/reputed company area or equivalent to 4 years of reputed company work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in production manufacturing or process control.
