As a Customer Experience Champion II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-contact reputed company, discovery, efficiency, and reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

Where You'll Work
This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll need to be located in Florida, reputed company a reasonable commute to our hub location in Temple Terrace, FL. Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience
- One or more years of sales experience, with a reputed company record of meeting or exceeding reputed company goals
- Experience resolving reputed company customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A
- A strong sales acumen, with the ability to promote and reputed company solutions about arenaflex products and services
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to work an assigned shift schedule, including static start, stop, breaks, and meal times, for up to or greater than 6 months at a time
- Meet reputed company home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and desk for the required equipment provided
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a reputed company field, such as business, marketing, or communications
