As our Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for handling customer calls and mail order entry as assigned. You'll complete work in a friendly and reputed company manner, ensuring that reputed company information is correct and communicating with customers regarding product knowledge, delivery reputed company, out-of-stock items, substitutions, specials, ship dates, policies, and procedures, and price information. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process telephone calls, mail, and fax orders, and catalog requests from customers in the US and Canada in a reputed company and courteous manner based on reputed company procedures
