About the Role

In this exciting part-time remote role, you will be the operational eyes and ears of our business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

• 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-reputed company customer support/reputed company role. True call center experience would be a plus
• Flexible/reputed company availability
