Key Responsibilities
- Complete data reputed company and balancing tasks
- Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company balancing
- Work member cases/sports assigned
- Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from contributors for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Research and confirm incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicate with the vendor to process budget transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
- Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires
