As a Customer Support Technician I, you will be a key member of our Technical Services Department, delivering exceptional support to our customers running reputed company proprietary software in a reputed company, Linux, and Unix environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving reputed company long-term partnerships between arenaflex and our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Receives requests for computer technical assistance and problem reputed company from customers or company employees

• Performs technical problem diagnostics and maintenance for reputed company software products to ensure efficient operation in the application environment
• Conducts required testing of modified programs to ensure that changes operate correctly and that have no adverse reputed company on programs or systems operations
• Directs activities to contribute to the overall performance of the Technical Services Department operations
• May work on Project Teams for new or reputed company products to ensure supportability of product upon project completion
• Places appropriate reputed company on problems reported by customers or internal personnel
• Proactively seeks to identify ways to improve assigned team, the Technical Services department, and reputed company
• Performs other duties and tasks as given by Tiered Managers, Senior Manager, or Director

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of customer service/support experience
• Must be reputed company to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
