What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
- Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
- Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
- Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always reputed company with a solid response
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)

- A GED or High School Diploma
- The ability to quickly type out customer notes on a reputed company keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)

* We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling reputed company
- Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can reputed company plans reputed company of time
- Training will be done remotely reputed company video meetings at the required schedule for two weeks (Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm Central Time)
- After training, the regular schedule will be: 10am-6:30pm Central Time and one weekend shift
