About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be working in a fully remote reputed company, based in South Africa. The role offers flexibility, with a 3-day working week of 4-hour shifts per day and a Saturday and reputed company shift of 12 hours per day. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering reputed company incoming calls and resolving reputed company and reputed company queries reputed company the scope of after-hours
- Providing reputed company responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
- Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
