We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Agent to join reputed company on a temporary to permanent reputed company. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for performing a reputed company of tele-reputed company functions in support of arenaflex's defined goals for the Division. This includes contacting blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation, scheduling appointments, and providing reputed company service experiences to maximize donor show rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation
• Use information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives for donor, update donor records as needed, and to record reputed company of calls
• Schedule appointments while providing reputed company service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience
• Maintain daily production reputed company, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals

Qualifications

Training Schedule

The training schedule for this role is as follows:

• Week 1: In-house training at our office location
• Week 2-3: Remote learning and on-the-job training reputed company
