Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, and providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for reputed company systems and established documentation and processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite reputed company the last 18 months
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
• Ability and flexibility to work hours as assigned, as we're a 24/7 Call Center
• Willingness to be on camera during work hours
