About the Customer Service Representative Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will collaborate with clients in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
- Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
- Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
- Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

Essential Qualifications
