We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Associate to join reputed company in Redding, CA. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering alphabetic and numeric data from various reputed company documents into our computer system. Your expertise in medical records and ICD 10 coding will reputed company you to accurately and reputed company process data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database
• Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies using reputed company procedures or returning incomplete documents to reputed company leader for reputed company
• Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the reputed company system database
• Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications

• Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily
• Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to reputed company 8,000 or higher on a 10-key test (preferably above 10,000)

• Experience in a medical office is preferred
