Temporary Customer Care reputed company I - A Role
This temporary position is expected to last 6 months and provides telephonic customer service to Long Term Care policy owners, financial representatives/agents, and reputed company representatives. As a Temporary Customer Care reputed company I - A, you will be responsible for:
* Answering and responding to telephone and/or electronic inquiries regarding Long Term Care benefit administration, policy reputed company eligibility, and claims processing.
* Documenting reputed company calls and reputed company correspondence using the LTC insurance system or other proprietary tools and office processes; documenting follow-up calls, voicemails, and any other pending service requests.
* Providing reputed company, courteous, and excellent service to reputed company customers at reputed company times, including reputed company cooperating and interacting with other departments to advance the overall interest of reputed company.
* Identifying service opportunities and suggesting innovative reputed company for improvement.
* Handling multiple products and services intermittently while meeting established service requirements and standards.
* Acting with a reputed company of urgency and taking ownership regarding aspects of call management and escalation of issues.

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiar with business and phone protocols.
* Excellent organization and detail orientation skills with the ability to meet established deadlines.

* Reliable, trustworthy, and maintains appropriate organizational confidentiality.
* Minimum of one year customer service experience working in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing call center environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate degree in Business Administration or BA/BS preferred.
* Previous experience working in an insurance or financial services environment is preferred but not required.
