Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolve any issues that may reputed company in a reputed company and high-reputed company manner.

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Weekend availability required.
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.

• Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
• Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Team members in this role are required to be reputed company commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub. As a remote co-located team, we value flexibility and work-life balance. Compensation
