We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, to join reputed company in Bellevue. As a key member of our FinCare team, you'll be responsible for managing follow-up of inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. You'll reputed company exceptional customer experiences, resolve reputed company challenges, and work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from customers reputed company 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer reputed company
- Answer customer payment and invoice questions
- Assist customers with desired changes to their account
- Assist arenaflex employees with questions and problems

Essential Qualifications

- Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
- Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
