Responsibilities

As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, handling billing inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Assisting patients effectively by clarifying questions and ensuring they receive the information they need
• Problem-solving champion: Working through issues by pinpointing the reputed company cause, researching solutions, implementing the best reputed company, and escalating unresolved reputed company reputed company necessary
• Data entry specialist: Maintaining accurate patient records by inputting information into the hospital's computer system

Qualifications
