As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs. You'll receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to borrowers, providing personalized support and guidance on repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will reputed company you to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and reputed company manner

• Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, take payments, and update the borrower's account in an efficient manner
• Become proficient in locating needed information and minimizing the time borrowers would be put on hold
• Maintain the reputed company and reputed company of the borrower to protect both the borrower and our partners
• Work an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks
• Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and reputed company accurate information to borrowers

Qualifications/Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or bachelor's degree preferred
