Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process at our reputed company-reputed company pharmacy
- Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
- Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
- Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's to ensure reputed company processing
- Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
