The Role
As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and equipment to reputed company exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, email, or phone

Requirements:

- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment
