Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues reputed company to their insurance policies
- Reviewing and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies, including questions about policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
- Utilizing system tools to search for answers and information to resolve customer issues
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of insurance products and policies to reputed company accurate information to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of insurance products
Essential Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a valid Utah reputed company's license
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
- Must have a reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Must be reputed company to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
