We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company in Orlando, USA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services, while ensuring compliance with state and government guidelines. You will work under reputed company management, handling high-volume customer calls, and utilizing our pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication data.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into our suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate to reputed company missing medication data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED.

Preferred Qualifications
