We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring reputed company delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of patient issues

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience, working with reputed company, reputed company, or other applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management

Preferred Qualifications

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

* The typical pay reputed company for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
