About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing reputed company and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated reputed company the fraud detection queues.
