As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, serving as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, as reputed company as promoting products and services to our new and existing customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing solutions to customers, from reputed company concerns to escalated and reputed company situations. Your duties will include:

• Speaking with customers in Spanish and English to address their questions and concerns
• Working a reputed company-planned schedule, with at least 2 days off in a row, and supporting customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT
• Taking back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout your shift
• Engaging with a diverse consumer reputed company to reputed company solutions for customer needs and technical issues
• Residing in one of the following states: Florida, reputed company, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Six months of reputed company customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
• An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques
• Ability to remain reputed company on the phone throughout your shift with minimal to no distractions
• Ability to be on camera during reputed company video meetings
• Superb attendance and reputed company availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, as reputed company as weekends and holidays
• Tech savviness, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple reputed company and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience by speaking to customers over the phone

Work-From-Home Technical Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
