Responsibilities

As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A dedicated work-from-home reputed company with a reliable internet reputed company (at least 50 megabytes per second download speed)
• The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (no satellite internet, Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports)
• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus

Technical Requirements

Pay reputed company

The pay reputed company for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher.

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and reputed company-5pm PST).
