As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional support to our employees. Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes, including reputed company transactions and data input & accuracy.

• Research and explore new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve reputed company issues.
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required.
