About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Specialist. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Receives case, opens case, and disinfects case for production.

• Through LIS, reputed company demographics and customer information.
• Print preference notes matching to case.

• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
• Scanning of paperwork for reputed company case for electronic storage.
• Answer reputed company incoming calls.
• Respond to reputed company inquiries from customers' office.
• Refers reputed company technical inquiries to the appropriate team member.

Skills and Abilities Required
