You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, providing exceptional customer service, and navigating our proprietary customer relationship database (CRM) and phone software (VICI) with ease. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to determine their potential eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
- reputed company with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and reputed company empathetic support and guidance throughout the process
- Multitask with ease, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company on your computer screen
- reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our proprietary CRM accurately and reputed company, following scripts and guidelines as provided
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Requirements

- Have a quiet, distraction-free reputed company to work, with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
- Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired reputed company USB)
- Have a strong background in call center environment and sales-reputed company customer service, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
- Be reputed company to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
