As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering and handling incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices. You'll reputed company support and assistance to our callers, helping them navigate our services and reputed company the right medication to improve their health. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices about requests for information on medication and benefits

• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a reputed company manner or escalate to appropriate team members
• Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental reputed company operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required

• 1 year of customer service experience

• Ability to work a schedule that could include evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
