Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with eligibility and enrollment for reputed company, and services applications and enrollments for reputed company Plans on the Exchange
- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet or reputed company performance metrics, including reputed company and productivity standards
- Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or reputed company setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with diverse customer reputed company
