As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of our 24-hour/7-day call center facility, receiving and responding to inbound calls from clients in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You will be responsible for categorizing calls, maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and possessing strong oral and written communication skills. This is a fully virtual opportunity with virtual interviews, online self-paced training, and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day, in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. - Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided. - Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures. - Possess strong oral and written communication skills. - Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using reputed company, patience, and courtesy. - Utilize email, phone, and chat as primary communication reputed company.

Work Environment and Schedule

Required Experience and Skills
