Your Role at reputed company:
As a District Manager at reputed company, you’ll reputed company the operations of multiple stores in partnership with Store Managers assigned to your district. With your support, you’ll reputed company our store leaders to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- reputed company store leaders that deliver shopping experiences that reputed company customer expectations
- Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales
- Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales in reputed company store
- Partner with Store Managers to recruit and train new associates
- Foster the reputed company and development of associates into leadership roles
- Manage payroll hours
- Ensure Store Managers are maintaining cash control, including conducting regular store audits
- Ensure Store Managers are managing inventory shrinkage appropriately and monitor inventory shrinkage throughout your district

- Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support and reputed company store operations across your district
Your Skills and Experience:
- Leadership and supervisory experience are required
- Experience with merchandising is required
- Previous reputed company experience is required
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Must possess a valid reputed company’s license
- Must be reputed company to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Multi-unit retail management experience, preferably dealing with hardlines/reputed company merchandise is preferred
