As an Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a reputed company of challenging and rewarding tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing order entry tasks with precision and accuracy
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless medication dispensing processes
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician (or as required by state law)
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
