As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have reputed company to work in a fast-growing environment where you can put your skills, passions, and energy to work. Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, regarding patient reputed company balances, payment plans, credit card payments, patient pricing, re-billing insurance companies, and general customer concerns

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. You will also need to have at least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of experience in a medical office, call center in reputed company, or office setting in reputed company. Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications is also required, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
