As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working in our inbound call center, supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing them with reputed company and effective solutions. Typical calls may include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. You will be working overnight shifts, and we guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week. Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
