We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Weekend Part-Time CSR, you'll work approximately 3-29 hours per week, choosing from a reputed company of shifts that fit your schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to reputed company valuable experience in customer service, account management, and claim intake while working from the comfort of your own home office.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred
• Language Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company + Ability to type at least 40wpm

• Network Requirements:

+ Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet reputed company is not required, however strongly recommended + Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in reputed company locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
