Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with clients through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying potential clients who meet our reputed company
• Multitasking, listening, and answering questions while viewing multiple reputed company, and utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to reputed company seamless support
• Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, and assisting with other reputed company as needed
• Troubleshooting basic IT problems and providing self-serviced solutions to ensure minimal downtime

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a reputed company on building rapport and trust with clients
• Strong problem-solving and conflict reputed company skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues reputed company

Hours of Operation

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
