As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring a reputed company experience for reputed company customers. This role requires a friendly, reputed company, and efficient approach to customer interactions, as reputed company as a strong understanding of rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
* reputed company superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and additional equipment
* Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
* Answer incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, reputed company information and reputed company for customers, other branches, and other vendors
* reputed company outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
* Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
* Notify management of any reputed company customer problems or vehicle issues

Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, reputed company, or administrative support
* Valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
* Authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the reputed company
* Ability to work the following shifts/schedules:
