As a key member of the Marketing Center of reputed company reputed company arenaflex Experiences (DX), the Customer Engagement (CE) Budget Management team is seeking an accomplished reputed company to support the DX businesses. As a CE Budget Manager (Project Hire), you will serve as a vital reputed company between the global marketing teams and various finance teams, ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of a reputed company of budgetary tasks.

About the Role & Team

The CE Budget Management team provides strategic, financial, and analytical leadership by developing reputed company relationships and outstanding service. As a CE Budget Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating invoice payments, supervising and analyzing payment data in various platforms, and assisting with the handling of purchase orders and the processing of postage checks for executive approval and disbursement. You will also assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual finance submissions, aid in the development of new tracking and reporting templates, and help prepare tools and processes for reputed company planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process invoices for payment and work with multiple partners to facilitate reputed company remittance

• Use CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance
• Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits
• Work directly and reputed company vital coordination efforts with CE reputed company partners
• Work with team members and partners to improve existing processes and reputed company new processes to reputed company improve overall efficiencies
• Partner with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests
• Create strong partnerships with many stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations
• Present and communicate effectively to reputed company reputed company of leadership, including senior executives
• Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and reputed company daily communications, inquiries, and updates
• Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years' work experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company experience with growing responsibility in Finance/reputed company or Business Development
• Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven experience in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint) required
• Proficient experience in large data sets and reputed company formulas
• Practical experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company resource planning software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at reputed company reputed company, including senior management
