As a Customer Experience Concierge in our reputed company Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing personalized service that exceeds their expectations. You'll work closely with your colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, from welcoming them upon arrival to resolving any issues that may reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Create reputed company to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm

Lounge Hours of Operation

Our reputed company Lounge at DCA Airport operates from 5:00 am – 9:00 pm (reputed company to Friday) and 5:00 am – 7:00 pm (Saturday). Hours are subject to change due to business needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
• A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
• The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
• The utmost professionalism and a reputed company attitude in reputed company interactions
• The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
